Goede plek t.o.v. het strand (je loopt er zo heen). Accommodatie is zeer verouderd, maar wordt goed schoon gehouden en het appartement (slaapkamer met 2 queens, badkamer en gecombineerde keuken/eethoek en woonkamer) is lekker ruim. Auto kan in de garage onder de appartementen. Deze omgeving is wel zeer toeristisch, overal is het betaald parkeren en voordat je van de 'eilanden' af bent, ben je wel even onderweg. Maar wat is het er aangenaam, prachtige stranden en heerlijk water van de Golf van Mexico. Aanrader in de buurt: The Sandbar in Clearwater Beach, lekker eten, voeten in het zand en de dolfijnen zwemmen voor je langs. Verdere aanraders: fietsend St. Petersburg bekijken, kayakken in Clam Bayou Nature Park en nationaal park Fort De Soto (beetje historie en prachtige stranden).
