Geen sfeer. Voor veel apart betalen. Geen minibar en geen glazen in comfort kamer., wel kapotte koelkast die ondanks 2 x melden het niet heeft gedaan. Insuline daardoor niet koel te houden. Comfort kamer weinig anders dan elke andere kamer. Hp zou buffet zijn of 3-gangenmenu a la carte. Het was 4 x hetzelfde buffet, overdooked, lauw en de koude voorgerechten en desserts stonden niet gekoeld. Flex tafelwater van 6,50 was warm, niet eens gekoeld. De derde dag maar naar de Griek gegaan en toen het de vierde dag ook niet veel beter was maar naar de pizzeria. Met parkeren en Kurtaxes erbij meer dan 600 euro voor 4 nachtjes. Zonde van het geld geweest. Gelukkig twee leuke dagen gehad door in de Harz met de Harzer Schmallspurbahnen te gaan rijden. Vanwege het bovenstaande dus "niemals wieder". Beter een klein hotelletje LO terplekke boeken en lekker uit gaan eten, dan ben je minder kwijt en is het waarschijnlijk beter.
