Heerlijk hotel, direct aan de boulevard gelegen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en vriendelijk personeel, die je leuke tips geven. Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht geboekt. Heerlijke bedden en een goed werkende regendouche.

Geboekt via D-reizen, als onderdeel van FTI Touristik Germany. Bij aankomst bleek dat FTI aan hotel had doorgegeven dat we een kamer aan de zijkant van hotel hadden, terwijl betaald was voor kamer met zeezicht. Bij receptie bleek dat niet kon worden omgeboekt! Na een hele middag bellen/mailen en de volgende ochtend de manager van hotel te hebben gesproken, konden we kamer met zeezicht krijgen, mits we de upgrade betaalden. We krijgen dit retour na terugkomst in NL, maar het was een onplezierige start van onze vakantie. Bovendien bevestigde het hotel dat dit vaker voorkwam. Dus geen goede ervaringen met FTI.
