Free of charge for guests, accommodate in the 5*star building: Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun loungers and parasols by the pool. Fitness, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, infrared sauna, finish sauna, laconium, steam bath, adventure shower, relax zone. Shuttle to the Heros Beach (from mid-June till end August) with free use of 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds per room(upon availability), Wi-Fi Internet in common areas.

Payable: Spa services, skin and body care center, massages, hairdresser, golf course,
tennis court, football field, water sports, babysitting service, health center,
doctor, bicycle, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning, Coined-electronic games in the lobby and entertainment center.

Pets 

Pets till 10 kg. Are allowed upon confirmation of the hotel, for an extra charge (10 euro/night) and a deposit of 200 euro. 

Parking: 1 BGN per hour or 10 BGN for 24 hours.

REGULATIONS

·                    All are served by the glass & only one drink at a time per person will be served. It is not permitted to accumulate drinks and to offer to other guests who do not have the ALL – INCLUSIVE PACKAGE. If so it will be charged to your room account.

·                    For internal
control, a bill will be presented to you for acknowledgement and signature.

·                    Kindly inform your waiter/waitress upon placing your order that you have the ALL – INCLUSIVE PACKAGE booked.

·                    Families, guests sharing rooms or travelling as a “party” must always be under the same package conditions, this also stands for children and teenagers.

·                    Any drinks or food
items, offered to a non-resident or visitor, will be charged following the
prices of the menu.

·                    Guests must wear
and present to the staff in time of order their all-inclusive bracelets to
receive their benefits
